    Are meso'me products safe?

    Our ingredients strictly adhere to the current European cosmetics standard ISO 22716, and our company's quality system continuously evolves to align with scientific advancements and cosmetics regulations.

    Each of our products clearly lists all ingredients on the packaging. Our formulations adhere to the international INCI standard (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) and include all necessary safety information.

    Are meso'me products vegan and cruelty free?

    Yes, all meso'me products are vegan and cruelty free.

    Is meso'me packaging recyclable?

    Yes, it was designed for that purpose.

    The possibility of recycling our product packaging varies depending on the country. Please consult the information on the packaging.

    How long does the treatment last?

    In terms of duration, there's no set maximum for the treatment. Our rollers can be used consecutively without any issue. However, for optimal results, we suggest using the product consistently for at least two months.

    Is it possible to apply 2 rollers at the same time?

    We recommend avoiding the simultaneous use or stacking of two meso'me rollers.
    We remind you that you should limit usage to a maximum of 3 applications per week, with at least one day between each application.
    Also note that if you choose to alternate products, we can't guarantee the results.

    Can i use the meso'me range if i'm pregnant?

    We recommend for pregnant women to take advice from a dermatologist or a doctor before using meso'me Tight, Clear and Hair.
    Important: meso'me Radiance cannot be used during pregnancy.

    What should i do in case of redness or tingling after roller application?

    Sometimes, some people experience a little redness or tingling after applying the roller. This is a normal skin reaction. Simply apply the Optimizer serum after the roller application and it will alleviate the redness within a few minutes.

    How long can i keep a product before and after opening?

    Before opening, our products can be kept for up to 3 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend using the product within:

    • 12 months for meso'me Tight, Clear, Hair and Optimizer.
    • 6 months for meso'me Radiance.
    Do meso'me products contain paraben?

    No, all meso'me products are paraben-free.
